Santa arrived at the Brass Mill Center Mall just in the nick of time to help kick-off a drive to collect pajamas for needy children. The pajama drive is sponsored by the Palace Theater, Brass Mill Center Mall, WTNH/MyTV 9, Clear Chanel Radio CT and United Way of Greater Waterbury. Donations of new pajamas can be dropped off at the pajama bin at the mall, located next to Santa’s Court, lower level in front of Macy’s entrance, or at the Palace Theater Box Office, during normal business hours.

The Pajama Drive runs through December 20, and the donations will be distributed by the United Way of Greater Waterbury through its member agencies. The drive is running in conjunction with a promotion for the upcoming national tours of "The Drowsy Chaperone," February 20- 21, and "The Pajama Game," March 20 – 21,  that are coming to the Palace Theater in 2009.”
