As a not-for-profit, the Palace Theater meets its expectations of providing the best in customer service with the assistance of a core of local community based volunteers. Over the past four seasons, the Palace Theater has developed a Volunteer Program that currently includes 138 members whose primary functions are to take tickets, greet our guests, provide crowd control, distribute Playbills and assist in seating all ticket holders. The typical volunteer age ranges between 15 and 65.
